Signature drink: Created in 1875 the regional Italian digestiv Amaro Alpino is an intoxicating, bitter, alcoholic blend of herbs, berries, flowers and roots ($7).
Bar snacks: Delectable plant protein meals are cooked on hot volcanic rocks at your table. The char grilled seasonable vegetables served with melt-in-your mouth roasted garlic vinaigrette ($8.50) and hearty Black Beluga Lentil Loaf topped with red pepper sauce ($8.50) are both delish!
Best for: A post-yoga drink or to treat a pure-minded friend to a guiltless night out. Everything on this carefully created compact plant protein menu is vegan and gluten free.
