Gentlemen with bendy knee syndrome can order their loved ones a diamond martini with, yes, a real one carat diamond in place of the traditional olive. 24 hours notice is required for this $10,000 snifter.
Fill me up: Choice bar nibbles by Michael Kean (ex London Dorchester) include Stirling caviar, Steak tartare and Fried pigs ears. Vegetarians need not despair, there’s plenty for you too.
Worth remembering: You can’t book so arrive early or prepare to hover for a coveted pozzy in front of the floor to ceiling windows.
Dress: to impress. Beach attire is so not Blu.
