To drink: If you’re in the mood for some bubbles, start with the Kiss Me Quick cocktail (choose rose or violet monin with lychee liqueur, topped with sparkling wine, $8), or the delicious Cirqu de la Soul (vanilla infused vodka shaken with white chocolate monin, pink grapefruit juice and passionfruit, $16), which comes complete with a Singapore orchid!
The crowd: Night owls and glammed up pretty-young-things in the mood to party.
Best for: Sexy cocktail sipping or late nights. A 24/7 license means you can party all night and all morning if you’re up for it – the Monday Morning session goes through until 9am!
